Tyler McCain’s domestic violence trial delayed as his wife remains missing

A domestic violence trial involving Tyler Scott McCain, and his missing wife Nikki Saelee McCain, was set to start in July. Now, it may be dismissed.

Tyler arrived at the Shasta County Courthouse on Friday morning where the dismissal of the trial was announced, initiated by District Attorney Stephanie A. Bridgett. Honorable Judge Daniel E. Flynn ultimately ruled to wait until July 5, 2024, to see if Nikki is found, or if more evidence becomes present.
